Mid-Century Modern Creekside Cabin

The Mid-Century Creekside Cabin is a story of restoration and renewal. When we purchased the property in March 2023, this charming 800-square-foot cabin had sat vacant for more than 50 years after being abandoned in the 1970s. Weather, time, and nature had taken their toll, and we even considered tearing it down.

Instead, we spent nearly a year bringing it back to life while preserving many of its original features, including the structure, floors, ceilings, sinks, and cabinets. Inspired by its roots, we carefully restored the home with a 1950s feel, adding a Malm fireplace, retro appliances, and vintage-style furnishings.

Today, it is one of our most popular cabins, especially loved by families with young children and couples who appreciate its single-level layout. Situated on a private one-acre lot with 300 feet of year-round waterfront along the East Verde River, it offers a peaceful setting that is truly one of a kind.
